For true spice come here. You know you are eating authentic when the asian to white person ratio is 9 to 1 in midtown Hereford! I ordered spicey shredded potato and spicey fish fillet. The fish comes on top of a bed of cooked cabbage. All delicious. Wish i could have tried more dishes.

The Signature dishes are truly amazing. There are some untraditional offers like Steamed Fish Head with Chopped Chili, and Pork Intestine in Chili Pepper. Or Sauteed Frogs with Green Chili. Yet, they are superb, so you should definitely try them. You’ll really enjoy them, and it will make a great story.
